Master quest is simply an expansion of the original Ocarina of Time that was released for the Nintendo Gamecube along with The Legend of Zelda: Collector’s Edition which contained some of games of the Legend of Zelda series that gave the most impact. Master Quest is exactly the same as Ocarina of Time with the only exception of a few dungeon modifications and a slight increase in difficulty. Master Quest was available as a bonus pack to those who pre-ordered The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker for the Nintendo Gamecube.

As Link engages in more adventures and excitement bringing with him his shield and sword, his trusted horse Epona, and the Ocarina of Time, they passed through the Lost Woods, where they met 2 fairies. This brought fear on Epona which resulted in Link being unconscious as he was unintentionally thrown off from the horse. Skullkid appears and steals Link’s Ocarina of Time along with Epona. As soon as Link awakens, he could not remember what happened, initially, and then, slowly remembers what happened. He was lead into an unknown portal which brought him to Temina.

In Termina, Link finds a world parallel to Hyrule, except that it has a very grave secret: its moon will crash in 3 days, threatening to kill and destroy every living being in it. Skullkid, possessed by Majora’s Mask, did not bother to care and instead curses Link and trap him inside a Deku Scrub. But Link managed to get out and even retrieve the horse and Ocarina of time, as well as prevent the moon from destroying Termina.
